Art 4 Change Haiti out reach project

 

#Art4Change started as an initiative of University of the Arts London African Caribbean Society. The purpose is to use the skills gained for “art school” (UAL) to give back to children in Africa and the African Diaspora how are most in need of support.

We organise arts and crafts workshops for children. Their designs are then hand-printed onto canvas tote bags which are sold and profits go towards school fees of the children involved. It’s our way of giving back through art! Our first project is in Haiti this summer #Arts4ChangeHaiti

In 2015 Kai facilitated the first #Art4Change workshops in Haiti for children living in camps. This was possible through the generous support and donation of items received at ACS events. The project now continues with Diversity Matters!
